Terms of Service

These terms of service in full are referred to here as "terms".
XXX is referred to here as "we" or "our".
We provide business contact data for lawful business-to-business use.
The data that we sell is referred to here as "data".
The company or individual purchasing data is referred to here as "you" or "your".
Telephone calls, SMS, emails, voicemails and other forms of messaging that use data are referred to here as "communications".
We do not send communications on behalf of customers.
The laws and regulations governing communications in your jurisdiction and those of your recipients are referred to here as "relevant laws".
By purchasing data, you certify your agreement with these terms, which are effective as of February 21, 2026.

1. Refunds
We will provide a full refund if data is not supplied within 72 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, reach out via the contact section.
These requests will be at our sole discretion.

2. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, reach out via the contact section with your transaction details.
We will review and resolve billing issues directly where possible.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider.

3. Eligibility
You must represent a legitimate business to purchase data.
Consumer or personal purchase of data is prohibited.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of a business.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that these eligibility requirements have not been met.

4. Acceptable Use
Communications that could reasonably be considered harassing, threatening, discriminatory, malicious, obscene, harmful or fraudulent are prohibited.
Reselling, redistributing or sharing data is prohibited.

5. Compliance
Communications that violate relevant laws are prohibited.
You will not engage in communications without the consent required by relevant laws.
You agree to honour all opt-out, unsubscribe, do-not-call, do-not-contact, or removal requests promptly.
You agree to provide clear sender identification and easy opt-out mechanisms in all communications.
You accept sole responsibility for determining lawful basis and compliance when using data.
Data will only be used for lawful business-to-business outreach where consent or legitimate interest applies.
You will not use data in ways that violate:
   - privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, LGPD)
   - anti-spam regulations (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA)
   - other relevant consumer protection regulations.

6. Liability Limitation
Data is obtained from third-party researchers.
We do not claim ownership of the underlying data and provide it under a limited, non-exclusive license for your lawful business use.
Data is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, usefulness, deliverability or legality.
You acknowledge that data may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, "spamtraps", outdated information or inaccuracies.
You are solely responsible for verifying any data before use.
You accept that usage of and reliance on data is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any decisions, actions, losses or damages (financial, legal or regulatory) resulting from your data use.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, penalties, fines, or liabilities arising from your use of data or your communications.

7. Removal Requests
Removal requests can be made via the form on the contact section of our website and they are processed promptly.
Your contact details will never be sold and all identifiable records will be deleted from our servers promptly.

8. Privacy
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
You may request deletion of your data via the contact section.
We will respond promptly and handle requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Payment processing is handled by third-parties and we do not use cookies or trackers.

9. General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts there.
We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us, and failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms without our consent.
